  • I have just started working with Alex and I am beyond impressed thus far! I came to Alex because the owners of a GNC were raving about him after I explained that I had just started a macronutrient diet in order to look more toned since I wasn't getting the results I wanted with restricted calories and cardio/resistance. After meeting with Alex for the second time today, I see why he receives the praise that he does. He is patient, answers all my questions (even the silly ones) and understands people and their needs! It is clear that he has invested a lot in his company and his clients and believes in them. I have only been working with this diet for a week and have lost a few pounds, so I will update when I have achieved my end goal. I see other clients come in with a smile on their faces and amazing bodies, so he must be doing something right!
