  • I don't review a lot but I can't believe how easy and painless working with these guys has been. While visiting my mom in Cleveland Heights i decided to try getting her water pressure issue fixed. I liked that Elie was a local shop that's highly rated, so seemed like a good bet. I think the main phone number forwards to Elie's cell phone. He tells me he'll stop within a couple of hours and he does. At the house he carefully explained how the water pressure mechanism might the problem, and the next morning he and his son came over to replace it. Within thirty minutes we had healthy water pressure in every sink, toilet and bath-- this after living with barely more than a tricke for SIX YEARS. It's revolutionized every day life for my mom. We're so thankful to Elie for his quick and kind response.
