| - Guys seem friendly enough, but the owner could serve himself well by sending his staff to Customer Service 101. Ordered a bike more than a month ago. The sales guy promised it would be in within 2 weeks or less, with a promise to call. After 2 weeks, I received no call. I called the store myself, then put on hold by my sales guy while 'a check in the back room' was done. After an extended hold, was told he would call me back in 15 minutes. Well over 15 minutes passed; he never called. I then drove out to the store and spoke with 'the manager' who apologized for the 'mixup', but wasn't sure what happened to my bike order/why it hadn't come in. The manager promised he'd put in 'a special rush' order and that he would call me no later than the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, and it's now been three Tuesdays. No follow through from the manager, no call back, and I have no idea what ever happened with my bike order. Save yourself wasted time and frustration. If it's a Trek bike you really want, take your business to the Trek store in Cranberry. After sharing my disappointing Robinson experience, they ordered me a bike, they called me, and now I'm a happy owner of a great bike.
