  • Worst office for feedback! Waited 4 days for a phone call on x-ray results. They won't call you, it seems they wait until you leave multiple voicemails on an answering machine at the "nurses station"?? I've called 7 times and NOT once has anyone answered that extension. I call the front desk to "beg" for my results and all they tell me is that I need to wait until someone calls back. It's the most unprofessional office I've ever been in. I've been a patient since 2001. Silly me, I'm finally getting smart and am going to trust my health to a doctor and an office that cares about their patients.
