  • I've been coming to this location for a while now. I do have an old laptop & I've had to change my laptop wired a few times. The wire either stopped working because it gave out or most recently my dog ate the wire. I was here 4 weeks ago & I spoke with Abi, & showed him the type of computer wire that I needed. Abi told me that it was going to cost me $40.00. I saw this computer wire on amazon for $7.00 & I was a bit blown away even tho $40.00 is not a lot of money if you compare the amazon price you would want to pay the $7.00 plus shipping & handling. I would have ordered the computer wire online but I needed to use my laptop asap, so I said screw it & payed $40.00 bucks. I went home & tried the new computer wire on my laptop. My laptop powered on & it shut off. I turned it ON 2 more times & it turned OFF 2 more times. I called Abi told him what was going on & he told me to come into the store with my laptop & the new computer wire. I payed Abi a visit but he was not there one of his computer guys was there & Abi told him to take care of me. The computer tech checked out the computer wire & he said that the wire was not good. Abi advised him to lend me a temporary computer wire until he ordered me a new wire & wait for it to arrive. 3 weeks passed & I was still waiting 4 the computer wire, finally last week I called Abi & he told me to come to his shop & pick up my new computer wire. Now I have a new computer wire & my laptop has been working wonderfully. Thank you Laptop Experts you guys are very helpful & convenient. Thanx for your help.
