  • Life isn't perfect and no used car is perfect. However Carmax at Sahara has fulfilled their promise to get me in a car I love. I won't go into detail but basically I didn't feel safe in my first car after taking it home and they went above and beyond to get me into one that I love. I have to name drop here because they personally extended themselves...Brian and Sunny, Arnie, Joey and the quick personable problem solvers the Service Dept is, who just standing for five minutes witnessed how many calls and issues they deal with daily. Carmax has a pretty streamline system with which seems to be set up to benefit the customer and the people who make the company. I support any big entity that supports their people. Kudos. Hope I don't have to edit this review for any reason because my experience thus far has been great!
