Very clean locker rooms. Nice set up with plenty of free space to do your own work out with weights/mats/boxes upstairs. Never had an issue not being able to get on a cardio machine. They have a nice rack of magazines near the 30 min limit cardio machines. They recently added a seated incline leg press machine. It can be tough get a squat rack as they are usually utilized by one person for quite some time. The pre-weighted bars help when it's busy and they do have a smith machine available. They offer hot yoga and the yoga studio is beautiful! The multipurpose room is also nice and has garage doors that open up. They also have a mini outdoor turf area to do plate pushes and other various exercises. Easy parking.
