  • Only been here 1 other time a few months ago for a gel mani and pedi and that time, while my gel pedi lasted forever!!! my gel mani only lasted 4 days...... I didn't complain too much last time because of the price. But today was something else......... Next time you come in, let them know you don't have all day to sit here and when you set an appointment at 12pm, that just having your EXPRESS gel pedicure done by 1:45pm is completely unacceptable. Had to cancel my gel mani because I didn't feel like sitting there another 30 mins when my friend who came in with me was done 20 minutes before me AND got a spa mani and gel French tip. Again, not complaining about the price, but their customer service/time management skills are sub par. Id understand if they were completely busy but when you put a pillow so I can rest my arms while you go grab my gel color for my hands, then walk back, grab the pillow and head over to someone who just walked in and proceed to give her acrylics and a gel color...... Then I have an issue. No matter if you apologize half hr after you are done with the other client, that's still horrible customer service. And it's not like it was to everyone, she just forgot about me..... I tipped anyway because I'm not a horrible human being BUT don't i see myself coming back for a 3rd letdown. Although, on the bright side, my friends nails came out great so yea! Hahaha
