| - I recently moved from California to Phoenix, so I was pretty blind when looking for a plumbing service. Due to this business's high ratings, I chose to call them. That said, if I could give "negative stars" I would do so. I called starting at around noon today. I explained my Emergency plumbing issue to the person answering the business number. He stated there was a tech working, and that he "would call dispatch" and give them my information so an appt could be set "for today". A couple of hours went by with no call from dispatch. I called again, spoke to the same person, and was assured he would pass the request on. I received no call. Another couple of hours, and I called yet again. This time I spoke to a woman who stated dispatch had closed but she would call the tech. I called a fourth time a couple of hours later because I still had not heard from anyone and spoke to the same man I had spoken to earlier in the day. He explained he was the answering service for the company and he knew the company had been called. He was very courteous and expressed concern because it was obvious no one from the company was helping me. So, here's the thing for me: Don't say you are open 24/7 when you aren't. If the company is overwhelmed on a Sunday (or any other day), have the courtesy to call customers and let them know, OR, tell the answering service to say you're not accepting any more appointments, or you are just "closed". This is Incredibly poor treatment of a customer who was anxious to pay for your services! Now, I would pay to have someone from another state come in before "attempting" to use this company again.
