| - This review is mainly for the store manager to look into, if they even care. I am a regular shopper at this particular Wal-mart for my pantry needs because it is very close to home. I go there about three to four times a week. There is a female cashier who is super unfriendly and never misses to make me feel unwelcome every time I go there. I guess it all started when i went there one time and purchased ground turkey, only to find that she bagged in the same bag with my kids' candy. Not only that, the turkey package was torn and it was leaking all over the candy in the bag. Health-hazardous... common sense. When I complained, she didn't like it and it started from there. I don't know what her name is, but she thin and very petite and kind of looks like Hispanic/ Asian mix. She is probably in her early or mid 50s. I try as much as possible to avoid her and not go to her register to check out, even if it is crowded. I'd rather wait in line for another cashier. Yesterday, I went there in the morning and the store was kind of empty. There was just me and a few other shoppers. I was ready to check out. I looked around there were no cashiers at the registers. I walked up and down to look for one and I saw her hiding behind her register. I asked if she was open, she said that she was but that she thought that I was going to wait for another cashier to come and help me. Seriously, what is this. If you don't fell like working, quit your job and go somewhere else where you don't have to interact with human beings. Again this message is for the manager, if you do not take action in training her how customer service should be, I am going to throw a big fit next time I have an encounter with her. She can have the nastiest attitude she wants, but at her home, not in a workplace. We are respectful people and we demand respect from others. keep your stinky attitude at home and come to work with a big smile on your face. That's what we expect from Wal-mart employees.
