  • A lovely hotel with great character. I have probably stayed here 6 or 7 times over the last 5 years, and each stay has been enjoyable. Friendly staff, very nice and incredibly spacious rooms, the breakfast bar is enormous, the remodeled cocktail bar is very nice (although the billiards room is missed), and the hotel has such a historic feel. The architecture in the adjoining arcade is a sight to behold. Each room has a unique character and feel. My only complaint is the parking garage, which, due to very small size, can be challenging. Decided to round up to 5 stars rather than down to 4, as I enjoy staying here so much. Thank you to the staff of this wonderful facility. We can't wait to return to the great city of Cleveland, and stay once again in your fine hotel.
