  • Dishonorable! I'm a Snowbird where I come to Arizona for the winter months each year. Two winters ago I purchased a 10 pack of car wash certificates. I go to use it today and they tell me my certificate is no longer good. Supposedly the car wash changed hands. When I purchased these certificates I asked them specifically if they had an expiration date, they told me no. They refused to take my certificate and I left extremely disappointed. They should do the honorable thing and accept the certificates and I am considering reporting this to the attorney general. Not recommended doing business with this car wash.
