Our family of four ordered karaage (Japanese Style fried chicken) and gyoza for appetizers. Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Gyoza was cooked great as well. They have a good selection of appetizers all under $5. For entrees we ordered 3 fukumimi ramen and 1 classic ramen. Broth was full of flavor, pork belly chashu was soft, tender and tasty. If you are a fan of Kim chi, order the Kim chi bowl which has a small bowl of rice, topped with some greens, Kim chi and shredded seaweed that once mixed together makes a great medley.
There are a couple seats at the counter and a couple of tables so there could be a wait depending on your timing.
As a resident of Henderson, this location is very convenient. All the other good ramen spots are west of the strip near china town.
