The customer service here is greatly lacking. Aside from the greet at the door by security, that's the only pleasantry you get from anyone.
The fitting room attendant when I went was horribly rude, no greeting and no please or thank you or a smile.
The cashier, however, was way worse. He was so rude and didn't talk to us the entire time. I mean it's a Ross and I didn't expect exceptional service anyway, but do they not train their employees to at least say hello?!
Horrible.
