  • So I wish I did listen to these reviews I have rented with these people for 2 years when I moved in the walls were dirty and the blinds were broken and don't let me get started with the carpet we had a list of everything that was wrong with the place...I gave them 950 deposit and now I get a letter saying they took it for carpet cleaning/ garage cleaning and let's not forget repairs...I had someone clean that place plus my lease was up on the 28th of last month I moved out on the 10th just to get a head start in the cleaning I go back on the 23rd to clean the carpets and found that they had all the lock change before I even gave them the keys...hello I paid those people a full months rent...if you guys do anything never rent from these people I thought they were legit but hey you guys got me I hope you sleep better at night knowing you took from a single mom with three kids I have always paid my rent and late fees 200 or more of late fees...and in the end for giving you guys good reviews in the beginning you pull a fast one
