Had an engine issue with my 2011 Ford F-150 on Saturday. Was referred to Masters automotive by a friend. I went to their web site and made an appointment for Monday morning.
Showed up this morning and was greeted by john with a good morning and a handshake.
John got my truck in to Mike right away and within 20 minutes Mike had the problem figured out.
John gave me an estimate, which was a fair price, and a time line for when the truck would be done. John even offered to have another one of the employees drive me home.
John called me slightly before the time he said it would be done and I headed down to get my truck.
I normally take my truck to the Ford dealership, but decided to go somewhere else for a change and I am glad I did.
This was a way better, faster, and I'm sure cheaper experience than the Ford dealership.
Thank you John and Mike, I'll be back when I need anything else done on the truck.
