  • Had delivery time scheduled between 10am-11am, package did not arrive. Called and was told package would be delivered before 4pm. Received notification that attempt was made but unsuccessful due to security gate, I do not live in neighborhood with security gate and was home when received notification. Called back and was told they would try to get out to me and would call me. Never received call back. Needed package today, hence the overnight shipping. Pretty poor customer service.
