| - Wow, what customer service! It began with Sam the sales and account manager who bent over backwards over 10 months, darting in and out of large reno project to make sure every need was met and every complication was properly dealt with. This was service beyond our high expectations. I mean, early morning and evening status calls, emails at all hours of the day, meeting on site repeatedly, you name it, he did it. Product recommendations and prices were bang on and awesome, as I cross referenced with 2 other top rated vendors in town. They're not "cheap", but we like paying for quality service.
Then came the technicians, with Tiger leading the project. He listened, brainstormed, and took as much care as he could muster on this complex project. We have a small footprint that needed very tricky routing of supply and ventilation for our furnace and tankless hot water system. The whole crew was so professional, revisiting as needed and measuring carefully so we could deal with every request. That included supply vents running through cabinets to remain hidden behind cabinet doors. The list goes on and on.
On any project of this size, things go wrong and people miss things. A little time was wasted here and there with one or two sighs. However, it's how George (the owner) and all the crew dealt with each situation that really stands out to us, and we've seen many a contractor in our days. We were treated like 5-star clients so they earned a top review. Look no further!
