Hands down the worst service I've had in a long time. Long story short, I had to use this company for the dealership to pay for my tow. I waited 30 minutes on hold on the initial call. Called back twice. Finally had someone say more than "Please hold" and mute me. I was than transferred 4 times. I gave all of my information and was told 60-90 minutes. Cool.
When I called 2 hours in, they forgot and apologized, LOL. I called again, now 4 hours later, and they forgot again! I said "I think I'm going to cancel and use someone else, it's been four hours." The women's response was "Yeaaahh, you should probably do that. Have a good day!" LOL! This company is really sweet! I ended up having my insurance tow it. Wah wah wah.
