  • Good Lord ... Rio and VooDoo Lounge has seen better days! Its been about 5 years since I last came here and for several years, this was the old faithful - But tonight was the OLD unfaithful!!! First, the escalators were broken going up and/or down so it sucked climbing the stairs from the casino level to the rooftop entrance. Second, the glass cabinets alongside wall where you wait and take the elevator to rooftop were empty and the wallpaper was peeling. Upon entering the lounge, I was expecting a live band on stage but instead witnessed a place full of call girls trying to hook up with anyone that had two legs - I take that back...there was one guy I saw with a peg leg surrounded by hoochie mamas. All I wanted was to get outside for some fresh air and was so happy to finally see the amazing view until drunk Asian guy bumps into me with his drink as he gyrated to Sir Mix A Lot!!! As I was trying to embrace the view with my husband, a guy comes up to me and asks me where I'm from?! Dumbfounded, i responded with, "my husband." He looked confused. I was more confused though and left after 30 min. Buh bye freaks!
