  • I want to start this review by first stating that we did not have an appointment. My husband and I were wanting to take our fur babies to get pampered and searched up "pet grooming" we came upon a couple but was drawn to Man's Best Friend (very relatable name) we saw the five star rating and called in to see if they had any openings...to our luck Brian was very helpful and was able to get us in same day (we were very happy). We have 2 doggies, Lucky (Mini Australian Red Merl/Heeler) and Shadow (Shih-poo) we met Olivia and Charlie the groomers and saw how they earned their stars. They were both very friendly and tentative to what we were asking and helped giving us suggestions for the add on's, the atmosphere felt great very inviting and our dogs looked very excited. Upon our return both Lucky and Shadow were patiently waiting for us and if I do say so my self they looked amazing!!!! They did exactly what we asked for and both our dogs looked super happy (instead of looking anxious and stressed) they looked so handsome. Both my husband and I agreed we have found our permanent pet groomers!!! Thank you Brian, Olivia, and Charlie for giving our dogs the best experience with you.
