rev:text	Horrible service @ Budget at LAS airport. Rented a mid size SUV and had to changed the car twice in 24 hours because of car problems. Many counter reps had only poker face. Charged insurance we never ordered and the manager refused to refund. When asked to show me where the agent showed us the total charge on the screen, she refused to show. She didn't care if we call her boss, Paul M. Really bad crew there. Strongly suggest avoiding it.
