Caution... I went to A1 last year for a cleaning and check-up. I go to the dentist every 6 months, so when they told me I needed 6 or 7 fillings and over $1,000 of work done I was weary. I was pressured into thinking I had to do this... offering me a payment plan, no interest, etc etc. I felt like I was being pressured into buying a car or something.
I turned down ALL of the work and I waited until my next 6 month appointment to see another (and highly recommended) dentist. Turns out, I only needed 2 fillings and not the high-priced work A1 originally quoted me. The X-rays that they did were such poor quality that my new dentist had to take a complete new set (and luckily didn't charge me). You couldn't even see half of my teeth in the ones that A1 did.
Although the staff is nice and made us all feel welcome and comfortable, dishonesty is a big turn-off. I was shocked when the new dentist told me I did not need all of this work that I was originally quoted but grateful because I saved a lot of money and pain! I will not be going back to A1 nor would I recommend anyone else going there. It is hard to find a reputable dentist in Vegas.
