I had tried to call the service department and schedule an an appointment for a vehicle recall notice that I've received spoke with a service advisor about the time that it would take to perform the duties and I was told roughly four hours so we were trying to come to an agreement of when I could leave the vehicle to make the repairs and I said what would be the best time I said could I drop it off at 10 and pick it up at 2 and he explained to me that if I dropped it off at 10 I might not be able to pick it up till the next day just because I have a time for a drop off does not mean it could be repaired in a timely fashion because they're a big dealership and they have a lot of other duties that would be in front of mine I had purchased this vehicle from Fairway Chevrolet and 2007 and over the years I had a few things that I needed to get taken care of and I had a couple of experiences that I wish I didn't have so I had decided not to return to Fairway Chevrolet any further for the past four years but recently I had a issue with one of my full-size vehicles a Buick at a local repair shop and they ran into some issues and I decided to take it to them and they were very very helpful and I said to myself that this was a whole different experience and I felt that I was quite pleased when I left so 2 days ago I received the recall notice and . I determine the type of service that I get from a service provider to whether or not would make any purchases in the future since we were not able to come to an agreement of a day or a time I've called another local dealership
