  • They came to install a new garage door opener. After the installation, my garage door did not work. Then the technician said I have to replace a spring even though the garage was opening before the new installation. I was quoted a price down to the cents. I called the company back and was quoted another price $70 higher. Each time they keep saying it's because of the spring. Can't imagine the spring went up in cost in less than a week by $70. I feel like they tried to rip me off.
