  • Visited the Microsoft Store to see what could be done with my Microsoft Band 2 fitness tracker. This is the second one that has split on the side and exposed the inner workings. Too bad they could not figure out how to make a product that would last. The associates were friendly and took good care of me. Much better experience than going into the Apple store. They quickly looked up my device and saw that it was still under warranty. Exchanged it for something different. Received a gift card for the balance that can only be used in the store. Don't know why it can't be used online, but it is what it is. Kind of dumb for a tech store.
