We stayed here for a night as a couple visiting Montreal, we paid about $150+ for the night with an additional $20 for parking in the underground lot (although you get in/out privileges). This hotel is located near a developing area..so lots of construction around.
This place is quite convenient if you have a car, but if you were to walk to Old Montreal or the city centre where the shops are..it is quite a hike (doable on a warm sunny day though).
The room itself was very nice and brand new..there were concrete walls for an indsutrial feel along with modern touches..the washroon was very clean and spacious..there was a glass door at the shower (barely frosted) and no lock on the washroom door..I am unsure whether all the rooms are like this, but something to consider if you are sharing a room with someone other than your significant other. There is a terrace that would be nice to hang out at during the summer, with quite a view..there gym was quite disappointing for a brand new hotel, as there is very limited equipment, and they are definitely not top of the line..there was several meeting rooms with televisions, couches and tables which would be good for businesses.
The lobby is full of snacks and treats but they are very pricey; there is a Starbucks on ground level as well as two restaurants. As for security, I would say it is very good, as you require your hotel room key to select the floors in the elevator.
