  • By far the worst service I have ever had in my life. Miscommunications with this management company led me to a situation in which I was living out of my car for several months while attending U of I. I have worked in the service industry since high school and understand that sometimes Yelp is a place that people use to lash out on people and businesses based on a negative encounter that may not reflect the business in an accurate way. However, every single encounter I have had with PPM, aside from the initial, was frustrating often to the point of tears. I didn't even know that was possible. Four years have passed and I still get angry when this company is brought up in conversation, so I figured it was time to write the only negative review I have ever felt compelled to write to date. This entire fiasco was incredibly stressful and I could have done without it as a full time U of I student with a part time job. Words can not explain how greatly I regret giving PPM my money. Do NOT rent from PPM.
