rev:text	Hey there!! Two years ago I bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna, and it was a seamless sale, and I have been very happy with the van. But then yesterday, my A/C compressor went out, so I took it to the Car Max Service dept. I was told they only take appointments, no walk ins. So I asked them when the next appointment would be. They told me May 15th!! I told them you have got to be kidding me. So I took my van to a small auto service shop, and so far I have been happy with the service. So the lesson learned is that Car Max is a great place to buy a car, but a lousy place to get it serviced.
