  • I had been going to Nikki for a couple of years for my hair and she is AWESOME. I found her on StyleSeat, she took me in on a last minute appointment request and from my first appointment, I was hooked. I came to her after being butchered by another salon. She looked at my hair and said "what happened here?" LOL. I'll save the long story, but it involved a "stylist" thinking thinning shears on already thin hair was a great idea. Anyway, Nikki nursed my hair back to health. My hair is the longest and healthiest it's ever been. She is so personable and I'll tell you, this girl remembers you! I went to her every 8 weeks. I am the kind of person that forgets what happened last week, but she will pick up our conversations like we just talked the other day. Amazing customer service, fabulous person, knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't have asked for more. Just had to move across country last week and I wish I could have taken her with me!! :'( It's so rare to find someone you can trust with your hair. Huge shoes to fill.
