  • We recently had family property that needed to be sold in the greater Las Vegas area. Since we live out of the area it was extremely important to us to find a real estate agent who knows the area and has really good communication. Melissa and her team at The Machat Group were incredible to work with. From the initial consultation to the day we closed, Melissa and her team were in constant communication keeping us informed of every step throughout the process. Not only did we sell the property for a great price, but Melissa did a great job negotiating the terms so we didn't have a bunch of contingencies. The selling process was a lot less stressful than we anticipated and I would highly recommend Melissa and The Machat Group!
