  • I'm not entirely sure why people rave about this place! We've been here three times or more and have not enjoyed it any of the times. The most recent time was terrible. We arrived and the place was empty meaning literally no one was there. We arrived a few minutes before two members in our party and they refused to seat us until our whole party arrived. We sat in the front of the restaurant with nobody coming in until our party arrived. Lame! When we finally sat down they took forever to come over to give us our drinks. One person in my party wanted well-done meat but the server insisted that he get it medium-well. He insisted that well-done was not good and wouldn't let him ruin their meat. I ordered the kids chicken nuggets (for my kid) which are called something else I realize but let's be honest it's glorified chicken nuggets. He badgered me for a few minutes telling me 'oh these aren't chicken nuggets they are much more'. Get over yourself! Finally the food came out after more then 45 minutes--Remember the restaurant was at this point almost empty--and they brought out the adult food first. Then more then 10 minutes after they brought all the adult food the kids food came... Uh what the heck! Sure my 4 and 2 year old are super patient and waited very well for almost an hour for their food uh not! The food was bland and almost flavorless. The salt & pepper fries had no pepper and whatever other toppings were listed as being a part of it were not there! My black & green burger basically tasted like meat with a stale bun. It was supposed to have blue cheese (the reason I ordered it!) but no cheese to be found. I should have returned it but I really didn't have 55 more minutes to wait for a new burger and didn't want to talk to the condescending server about food again. On a side note the music was loud and awkward. It did not fit the lunch crowd! This isn't out first bad experience here, but it will be our last! Service-terrible. Food-bland. Atmosphere-loud and awkward. Prices-extremely high for what you get. Highly disappointing $60 for a terrible lunch!
