After paying for a room with 2 queen beds they gave us a room with 1 full bed. Non of the lamps had light bulbs in them except bathroom. There was no trash can in the room. We waited outside in 20degree weather with a toddler because there was no employees to be found to unlock the lobby so we could check in. The guy working was extremely rude. I had to call the corporate office just to get someone in the lobby to come help us. Which the corporate lady told us to wait in the car until we saw someone Ummm with a screaming toddler who was tired and had been in a car all day. I requested my money back and they flat out told me no to contact hotels.com and they would verify our booking. Confirmation number was not great enough for that info. All over it was a horrible experience and I'm out all the money I spent ahead of time for the room. I could have gone down the street and had a better room with 2 beds like we paid for.
