  • New Management is horrible Scott Nicolari sent out an email to refinance your VW at lower payment and add 24k to warranty. My wife set up an appointment of Friday and filled out the paper work before hand to save time dealing with the Frat Boy Fred SaleS people and doing that stupid tic tac toe payment scheme car salesman do. We went @ 3pm and WAITED 2 hrs. We asked to speak to Cory Gray (who sits behind the wizard of OZ curtain) and instead sends the sales goons to give us a scratch piece of paper increasing our payment $75 to buy the 24k warranty. After the 1st paper we walked out knowing we got duped and Cory refused to speak with us after stating on the phone to my wife "come directly to me". I am not going to give the clowns any more money so they can go to the clubs and make it rain thinking they are big time. I wouldn't even trust any of these sales people even pet my dog. The front staff girls are very pleasant but DONT TRUST THE SALESPEOPLE OR SCAVENGERS MANAGERS HERE. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. THESE GUYS ARE BUNCH OF CLOWNS. DONT GET DAS AUTO DUPED!
