  • I wish I could rate a zero star, this is the worst chase bank that exists in Arizona. I work at a doctors office near here and I can only come to the bank after 4:30 and every time I come there is the same 3 employees. 2 tellers and 1 banker. Both tellers are super rude, they talk in monotone and don't even smile. I come to deposit checks or withdraw if I don't have my debit card and seriously it looks like they are lifeless asshole robots. One time I came, the male teller was helping me(black comb over hair, short in height, and Hispanic) I needed to close my savings account, idk what the hell he did but I lost my debit card a few weeks later and I called chase to order a new one and they couldn't send one bc they swore I updated my address within the last 30 days but it was still the same? So I'm guessing he was clicking where he shouldn't have been. Today I came hoping to talk to the banker, I believe her name is Michelle and she is SUPER helpful, unfortunately she was not available. But the manner in which I was informed was so rude. The teller who is female, tall, Caucasian, with blonde hair (looks like dee from Sunny in Philadelphia) didn't even make eye contact with me. I could seriously feel the bad vibes that came from her. Such a bad thing to have in business. I hope they replace those two employees or something. I hate coming here for that fact alone.
