  • The hosts of this establishment were very nice, our waiter on the other hand was not! We drove all the way from Los Angeles to see the rockstar karaoke band which are awesome but our server was NOT! The Asian American man ( I do not remember his name nor do I care to) was rude and disrespectful. I thought maybe it was me who said something wrong to upset him, but I was reassured by my party that it was his attitude... In fact, we noticed he seemed to be treating all of his customers with the same temperament. My party and I will NOT be returning to crossroads.
