  • I had been daily Internet shopping for a couple months for a low mileage A5 Sportback with a very specific set of accessories, so knew the national market intimately. I finally found two of what I was looking for, a new one that I could not afford in Utah and a low mileage used one residing with JOE SIRNA at Audi Henderson. I called JOE and we went over every millimeter of the car via FaceTime. I had trepidation about giving a long distance down payment but Joe explained the process and gave me complete confidence to go forward. Upon arrival a couple days later (we are in Phoenix) JOE had everything lined up and waiting and exactly as we had agreed upon. We test drove and super-closely inspected the car, then flew through the rest of the process. After all my Internet study I am fairly positive I got one of the best priced cars in the country (and over-the-top great service) thanks to JOE SIRNA at the Audi Henderson.
