  • Called for a friend to get a release form to have her records forwarded to another dentist. The friend is 83 and asked for me to help her get this done. They refused, claiming HIPPA rules, which isn't true, as this isn't patient information she would be transmitting to me, just a release form to have her records forwarded to another dentist. They have consistently lied and been dishonest. After my last visit when they claimed I needed to spend $3100 I went to another dentist, who looked at everything. The deep cleaning that they claimed I needed wasn't needed at all. All the other work they claimed I needed wasn't needed, either. These people cannot be trusted. If you think all the work needs to be done that they say, I suggest you go to another dentist and get a second opinion.
