  • I wish the city would help out this place more. It has the potential to be even better. It's already great thanks to the people with big hearts who care for the poor animals. It's bad enough that they spend their lives in a cage like criminals. But the city can at least help out the animal volunteers, staff and caged-up Angels to have a proper air conditioning and AC. I don't remember what else was wrong, but I remember watching their plea for funds on TV one day. The council or city turned them down. I do remember there was a lot of outdated stuff that wasn't working properly, they just wanted help with some restorations. To make it more sanitary for one. It's sad.
