  • Like others here I did not find their customer service particularly helpful (item took much longer to be delivered than the 1-2 weeks I was told, customer service was unresponsive ect.). In addition, I would like to comment on their pick-up times. They are Mo-Fri 10 AM - 5 PM. When I made my purchase I was not informed of this. If they had told me, I would have either opted for delivery or not purchased the item from them. Now I have to take at least a 1/2 day off work to pick-up the item. Lousy experience!
