They replaced the windshield on my Honda Accord 2 1/2 weeks ago. Eight hours after the install, we got into the car and realized that there was an enormous, 1.5 foot crack on the inside of the glass! We've contacted the company a dozen times in the past 2.5 weeks to get them to correct the situation. The first few phone calls, we were told "a replacement has been ordered but won't be here for a couple days". Then they made a vague commitment to replace the faulty windshield last Thursday but wouldn't commit to a time. The day of the appointment came and they would not answer our phone calls. They never showed, and we've been unable to get a hold of them since.
At this point we have no choice but to shell out the cost of a new windshield all over again, from a legitimate company. Don't be swindled by Quality Glass like we were. Saving a few bucks isn't worth it if the company won't stand by their product or their service.
