  • I don't find the need to visit the AT & T store often, but last week I needed to discuss my options for a new phone. In the past I have felt less than satisfied with my options and at time confused by them. This time was different. A very nice gentlemen named Barrett helped us. He was very straightforward with all of the options and even saved us a few dollars on our current bill! All of the options were clear and better yet, there were some options that didn't require me paying outright upwards of $700 for a new phone. Hands down the best AT & T experience I have had in store. Many Thanks!! :)
