  • Is this real life? I'm floored by this little bakery and its staff. Annemarie is so welcoming and you can tell that she is so passionate about what she does. She has a spark in her eyes when talking about how all her ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. It makes you feel inspired, but more importantly it makes you hungry! They have treats designed for any diet. Those that avoid gluten or animal products can still indulge in amazing cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies, biscuits, and more. They even have a separate kitchen devoted to gluten-free baking. Not only does Annemarie and staff devote their time to making delicious baked goods, they are also deeply involved with the Middleton small-business community. It is heartwarming to see small-business thriving and helping each other to produce amazing food or goods. Seriously, stop in and satisfy your sweet tooth! Oh! And soon Bloom will be featuring breakfast sandwiches. They are out of this world. So, stop in and satisfy your savory tooth as well :)
