This is the closest Costco to my home. Like many Costco's, it is always busy especially during weekends. Free samples available during peak times.
Parking is also pretty bad. Cashier line ups are even worse. Even if all tills are open, with extra employee helping to move items from cart to belt, the line ups are so long others cannot walk through.
One good thing though across all Costco's is that they all accept Mastercard. Previously it was cash only. I believe it is due to the Costco Mastercard they have been promoting for a while.
I often wish Costco would sell smaller quantity/packs of items. Other than toilet paper, tissue boxes, etc I wouldn't need such large quantity for my small condo. I do like the items they carry which are not available at other stores. This is probably the only reason I still have a Costco card, because other items I can just purchase at Walmart or other stores.
Most of the staff seem pretty friendly. I once left my purse on my shopping cart before leaving the parking lot in my car. The sharp security person noticed it and took it inside right away. If not for him I believe someone else would have stolen it.
Sales guy at phone booth is rude (Daniel Chou). Never signing up a cell phone plan with Costco ever again.
