  • When it came time to purchase my watch, the hunt for the exact model I wanted turned out to me much more difficult than I thought. All other dealers of IWC were pressuring me into ordering the piece and being placed on a wait list. I understand some timepieces require this kind of patience, but I really didn't think my specific watch would be one of those. Luckily, I did more research and found that Humbertown was also a certified IWC dealer! I had no idea at the time, since I rarely find myself in Etobicoke. They not only had my watch in stock, but they held it for me for several days (with a modest deposit) until I had the time to drive out and pick it up. The staff, especially the owner were extremely friendly and eager to please. They truly believe that your first experience will define whether you'll return for repeat business or not. I certainly will return for my next timepiece. I believe the drive out to Etobicoke is completely worth it if you're in the market for IWC, Panerai, Rolex or Omega, and many others too.
