rev:text	Second consecutive time having a bad experience with the service dept. I had a 9:30 am appt today. Make me wait about an hour. Service guy don't even come out to acknowledge you or to say sorry for the wait but we will be right with you. They just leave you in the dark. Made me wait outside by the drop off area with my 3 kids for about 20 mins, no one comes out. So we go inside and sit. I see that the techs have taken my trucks to the back but the service guy hasn't come out to talk to me yet. Second time this has happened. The last time was with another service advisor. This time around I purposely booked with another advisor but get the same result. The first time I was waiting for a long time only to find the service guy at his desk doing nothing: The service dept here sucks. The advisor that's supposed to be helping me is currently at his desk talking with his coworker talking about gambling and today's NCAA Football "hot picks". I still haven't been helped.
