| - Never in my life have I ever dealt with extremely poor customer service, by a Starbucks worker allowing a customer to keep harassing me over what I was in the wrong for. I brought my service dog in and another one I was training. I didn't put them on leashes, due to the fact I wanted to get in and out quick, with my reusable drink cup. The few times I have done this, NO ONE complained. Except for this older woman who WOULD NOT let me finish my order.
She complained first time with an attitude and I told her, just let me get what I need and I'm out of here. Not even two minutes later, she's harassing me again. About them all over people; yet the funny thing, the people, my two went to visit were not complaining about it and simply happy. I lost it and yelled in that woman's face and cursing her out. I have been having a bad week and my mental issues were getting the best of me.
Worst thing was the smug look on that older woman's face, as she got the reaction she wanted out of me. Next thing I know the worker behind the register who did NOTHING to tell the woman to stop and let me finish my order. Asks me to leave and refunds my money. I leave there humiliated and extremely upset; that my friends who I called had to make sure I was mental stable and okay.
I can not believe that I got punish for a customer sticking her nose in and policing me. When it should have been the manager. But the fact that that worker didn't not tell the older woman to stop and let me finish; hurts me even more.
I've lost complete faith, respect and trust in this company.
If I was that worker, I would have told that older woman to shut up and if it bothered her that much to get the manager to handle the problem.
Again I know what I was in the wrong for, but I didn't deserve this harassment and to get kicked out for yelling and cursing at the person bothering me. I do not even care if that woman was related to the worker or not. She is not a manager of the store and a customer and should know her place.
