  • I brought my husband here before Christmas so I could check out the new knitting store, and I was blown away by the warm welcome we received. I found a bunch of great sock yarns and got some knitting accessories such as stitch markers. My dear husband returned at Christmastime and presented me some amazing sock yarn by NerdGirl, some sock needles, a needle bag, and other delights. The knitters in the store explained about Tuesday open knitting from 6-8pm. They were extremely helpful. Yesterday I returned for some needles and to learn more about the interchangeable needles my husband had purchased. This time I also dove in to the patterns, from which I emerged with 4 great sweater patterns for my grandsons and my soon to arrive granddaughter. We all should support the local yarn shop and I truly appreciate how special I am made to feel at Mirage Fiber Arts!!
