I've been coming to the Ft. Apache location for about 10 months now. I come religiously every two weeks like clock work. I've never had a problem, the service has always been excellent. I loved the establishment so much I even started bringing my mom and referring my friends. Last week I made an appointment to get my lashes done on Wednesday after the session I was very pleased with the results. By Monday more than 75% of my lashes had fallen. I was very disappointed by this especially because there is an upcharge on the lashes for special material that they use which is supposedly suppose to make the lashes last longer. Now I wasn't entirely sure why the lashes were falling so I was more than willing to pay to get them filled. I called in yesterday and explained my situation and I was told I could come in and get a fill but given that it had been less than a week I would be charged for a mini. I come in today and when I lay down to get my lashes done the girl informs me that because a majority of my lashes are missing she would have to charge me for a full fill. When I explain my situation and what I was told she says okay and proceeds to put the eye things on me. She then leaves to the front desk I'm guessing to figure out whether I'm lying or not because obviously what I was saying could not be true. Mind you the difference between the two fills is $20. My whole thing is the situation was poorly handled, this was a situation that could have handled after my service. I come to the establishment regularly I'm not going to run or skip out for $20. I love my nail tech there too much. If there is an issue one should never make the customer to feel like they are trying to get over especially if you aren't sure of the situation. Especially not over $20. If it came down to it and you wanted me to pay the $20 because you weren't the original tech who did the lashes and you wanted to be fairly compensated for your time I would have paid the money. Now they did call me back after I left and cancelled my service to explain the miscommunication but by that time it was too late. No one ever wants to me made to feel that way. #disappointed
