  • If I could give zero stars I would!!! WARNING! DO NOT waste your time, breath, or energy here!! The management is unprofessional, eradic, and by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with customer care service. I was trying to explain my situation over the phone, and was rudely hung up on mid sentence! I was trying to locate my missing mail, and because on their end it said "delivered", that's all they can "justify" for. All staff members have been rude, unhelpful, unorganized, and UNPROFESSIONAL 100%. Two of the employees I can call out are Mark and Mayra. Do not trust them with any of your shipping! There is a reason why UPS and FedEx are in better standing with customer service and care! Again, I am warning you!! The people who work here are rude and unprofessional people!! SHAME ON YOU USPS FOR NOT SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS & RECTIFYING GUEST COMPLAINTS!!!
